Yes, you can get help setting up BetaHub. You can ask questions and get help from other users in the community using our Discord server. You can also send us an e-mail and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. You can do this by going to your Organization settings and selecting the plan you want to switch to.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel your plan, you will be able to use the plan until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Refunds are being considered on a case-by-case basis.

A developer seat is a license that allows one developer to manage a project in BetaHub. A seat is considered active as long as the developer is a member of your Organization.

An active project is a project that you are currently testing. You can have unlimited projects in your account, but only one active project on the Free plan. Non-active projects are temporarily archived and you can restore and work on them at any time.
