• GitHub identifier and email address (if you log in using GitHub)

Depending on how BetaHub is used, we may collect the following information from game testers:

• Gameplay information

3.1 Developers

4.1 Developers

• Developer data is only visible to BetaHub administrators
• Truncated email addresses may be displayed for identification purposes, unless a nickname is set
• Discord IDs may be visible if used as a nickname

4.2 Projects

• Only the Main Administrator of BetaHub has access to projects
• Private projects and bugs are not accessible to the Main Administrator without explicit consent from the project owner

4.3 Game Testers

• Testers can choose which data to share when submitting bug reports
• Data collected through the game engine plugin is subject to tester consent

5. Data Processing and Analysis

5.1 Discord Plugin

• Messages may be processed by a private Large Language Model (LLM) for bug analysis
• The LLM does not store or externally use the processed data

5.2 Sentiment Analysis

• Messages on designated Discord channels may be analyzed for sentiment
• Text data is not stored after analysis

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing your personal data.
