Hear the Steam players who never join your Discord

Once a day, BetaHub reads your game's Steam discussion boards and files what it finds next to your Discord and in-game reports. Bug threads become bugs, repeated requests become suggestions, and every post feeds sentiment analysis.

Steam Discussions is a Pro feature · 30-day free trial

Once a day, BetaHub reads the threads with new activity on your Community Hub. Each one becomes a new bug, a report on a bug you already have, a suggestion, a request waiting for a second mention, or nothing at all. Pinned patch notes are skipped.

Steam threads sink before anyone reads them.

Plenty of people who buy your game on Steam never join your server. When something breaks, they post in the Community Hub, and the thread sinks to page three of General Discussions before anyone on the team reads it.

A Steam discussions reader built into BetaHub.

Connect your game's Community Hub once. Every day BetaHub reads the threads with new activity and files what it finds next to your Discord, in-game and form reports. Nobody has to read the boards.

  • Bug threads become bugs. AI reads each thread, writes a title and a description, and links back to the Steam post.
  • Repeats merge. A thread about a bug you already have is added to that bug as another report, not filed twice.
  • Wishes need company. A request becomes a suggestion once a second thread asks for the same thing. You set the number.
  • Every post feeds Sentiments. Each sub-forum gets its own Sentiments channel, and the posts behind each insight are one click away.
  • Any language in, English out. Threads in any language are filed with English titles and descriptions.
  • Every thread is accounted for. The threads browser shows how each one was classified, and Unlink fixes a wrong match.

Same bug, two doors.

A crash your Discord already reported turns up on Steam too. BetaHub adds the Steam thread to the existing bug as another report, so its report count and Heat score go up instead of your backlog.

In BetaHub, hovering a report shows the Steam excerpt and a link to the thread.

One-off wishes wait for a second voice.

A single request is parked under Waiting for more mentions. When another thread asks for the same thing, it becomes a suggestion with both threads on it, each one a vote.

Two mentions by default. Raise it for a busy hub.

See the Steam posts behind every insight.

Every Steam post feeds sentiment analysis, one channel per sub-forum. When an insight says players are frustrated, See messages opens the posts behind it, with the keywords highlighted.

One line in your digest.

No inbox flood. Your e-mail digest sums up the day's Steam crawl in one line, with a link to the Steam Discussions page, instead of one entry per imported thread.

It only reads.

Your Community Hub stays exactly as your players left it.

  • Nothing is posted to Steam. No replies, no tags, no moderation.
  • Players are not notified. Imported threads trigger no notifications, Discord messages or automations. Every record links back to its thread, so you can still answer on Steam yourself.
  • Discussions only. Public discussion boards are read. Reviews and private hubs are not.
  • Slow and polite. One page per second, once a day.
  • Disconnect any time. Reading stops; everything already imported stays.

Connected in three steps.

No bot to invite, no plugin to ship. Your players keep posting where they already do.

  1. Sign up and start the 30-day Pro trial. Steam Discussions is a Pro feature.
  2. Open Steam Discussions in your project's sidebar and paste your store page URL, Community Hub URL or app ID.
  3. Start the first crawl. It reads the last 14 days by default (up to 30); on a busy hub that takes about 15 minutes. After that, BetaHub checks once a day.
