Refund Policy
This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by BetaHub.io.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted for payments made within the preceding 30 days, under the following circumstances:
- the user is dissatisfied with the service,
- the user has encountered technical issues that materially affect usage, or
- the user failed to cancel the subscription prior to renewal.
Refunds will not be issued for payments made more than 30 days prior to the refund request.
2. Free Trial Period
Each paid subscription tier includes a 30-day free trial. Users may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. No payment is required to initiate the trial.
3. Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to paid features continues until the cycle ends. Prorated or partial refunds for unused time will not be provided.
4. Refund Requests and Processing
Refund requests must be submitted through the designated support channel. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days and issued to the original payment method.
5. Exclusions
BetaHub.io reserves the right to deny refund requests where the user has violated the Terms of Service or where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
6. Modifications
BetaHub.io reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
