BetaHub is a game bug submission service designed to streamline the bug reporting process for game developers and testers. Our Service includes, but is not limited to, a web interface, Discord bot integration, and game overlay for bug reporting.

3.1. You may need to create an account to use some features of our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to use the Service to: a) Violate any applicable laws or regulations. b) Infringe the intellectual property rights of others. c) Harass, abuse, or harm another person. d) Submit false or misleading information. e) Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Content Submission and Privacy

5.1. Public Content: By submitting bug reports, screenshots, videos, or any other content through our Service for public projects, you grant BetaHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving our Service.

5.2. Private Project Content: For content submitted to private projects, BetaHub will only use this information to provide and maintain the Service for you and the project’s developers. We will not use private project content to improve our Service or share it with third parties unless required by law.

5.3. Data Processing: You acknowledge that BetaHub needs to process all submitted content, including private project content, to provide the Service. This processing is limited to system operations necessary for bug tracking, reporting, and sharing with authorized project developers.

5.4. Confidentiality: BetaHub commits to maintaining the confidentiality of private project content. We will not disclose this information to the public or use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you and your project team.

5.5. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Termination of Service

6.1. BetaHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6.2. BetaHub may terminate your account or suspend your access to the Service immediately and without prior notice for any actual or suspected unauthorized access, hacking attempts, or other security breaches.

8. Limitation of Liability
