BetaHub Product Update: Tickets System, Smarter Support, and Jira Integration Improvements

We’ve got a fresh batch of features rolling out on BetaHub, and they’re all about making your life easier—whether you’re chasing bugs, running a support team, or keeping everything in sync with Jira. Let’s break down what’s new, what’s better, and how it all fits into your workflow.
Say Hello to the BetaHub Tickets System (Now in Beta!)
Whether it’s bug reports, suggestions, or now—support tickets—BetaHub’s got your back.
Our brand-new Tickets System is now live in beta, bringing a flexible way to submit and manage support requests. It’s designed to make it super simple for users to reach out for help, right from where they already are.
How it works:
- Tickets can be submitted through the BetaHub dashboard or via our Discord bot.
- Just like bugs and suggestions, the bot can post a “Submit Ticket” message with a button—no extra commands, no clutter.
- Attachments supported: Screenshots, logs, and other helpful context can be added directly to the ticket.
- We’ve also introduced a third role in projects: Support. Support members can view and respond to tickets, but they don’t count as billable users and can’t access bugs or suggestions.
Tickets are in beta, so expect some tweaks along the way—but don’t worry, all users on all plans get access.
And yes, higher-tier plans will unlock upcoming integrations with external tools to make ticket handling even smoother.
Smarter Support: Filling Knowledge Gaps Automatically
Support shouldn’t be a guessing game. That’s why we’re rolling out automatic knowledge gap detection in the support database.
When a ticket lacks critical info, BetaHub will now:
- Flag what’s missing.
- Suggest what needs to be added.
- Allow your team to re-evaluate and close the gap with just a click after updating the database.
It’s like having an AI sidekick that helps your support team learn and improve as they go.
Community Insights: What’s Your Community Talking About?
We’ve added a brand-new module called Community Insights (also known as Sentiment Insights) that gives you a real-time pulse on what your community is buzzing about.
Every 24 hours, we automatically analyze conversations from connected channels (like Discord) and highlight trending topics and overall sentiment using AI-powered word clouds and sentiment tagging. It’s a process that would normally take a human hours to sift through—now done in seconds.
Here’s what you can use it for:
- Understand what your players care about most.
- Spot negative trends before they grow.
- Discover themes worth addressing in your updates or communication.

Jira Integration Just Got Better: Now with Attachment Support
You asked, we delivered. Our Jira integration now supports attachments—meaning logs, screenshots, and all those extra details now flow directly into your Jira tickets.
We’ve also squashed a bunch of minor bugs in the integration, thanks to feedback from our awesome Jira users. It’s now more stable, reliable, and ready for action in production workflows.
